Tulis commentsReference Argha Bandopadhyay's report (page 16, col. 6) on birth of East Bengal in today's Ei Samay(dtd.31/07/2019) wherein a reference has been made regarding one of the East Bengal Club's founders Mr.(or Dr.?) "NASA SEN" who had reportedly left for London for good. I am aware of one Dr. Nasa Sen, who used to run a Guest House during 1950-s at 43-45 Anson Road in North London near Tufnell Park tube station, mainly for Indian students. I stayed there at for quite few months. I wonder if he is the same Nasa Sen referred to in the aforesaid report! Many of my contemporaries must have stayed for short or long periods at Dr. Nasa Sen's famous Guest House at London but to the best of my knowledge Dr. Sen and his German wife didn't have any child at least till 1961. Perhaps some of your senior readers may throw some more light on the subject -- as also on Nasa Sen's possible role in setting up East Bengal club.
